I remember back in college my friend asking me if Braveheart was any good?  It was kind of like asking Neil Armstrong if his trip to the moon was exciting.  You see, back then Braveheart was my favorite movie of all time, an inspiring and epic historical drama that was just as much a love story as it was a horses and swords action film.  This Braveheart t-shirt displays the William Wallace movie quote, “They may take our lives but they’ll never take our freedom!”  The Scottish commoner, portrayed in the film by Mel Gibson, delivers the quote as he’s trying to convince a group of Scotts to fight with him, despite being greatly outnumbered by the English.  As we hung out in her dorm room, I repeated the quote as I recounted the entire movie.  I hope by now that she’s seen the film and has not been left only with my shameless retelling.  In any case, this Braveheart movie shirt will remind others of the types of stories that aren’t told often enough today.
