Pop-Up Tee Site Review | Summary:

For those of you waiting for a multi-shirt daily tee site, Pop-Up Tee is the most aggressive to date. They pick roughly four t-shirts (though they have offered up to eight at once) that share a similar theme. For example, today's theme revolves around the Mogwai creature from the '80s movie Gremlins. Other themes have included Star Wars, The Big Bang Theory and The Walking Dead. I'll admit that we were at first a little skeptical of the idea, that is, until we came across a theme that we loved. Being presented with four solid Walking Dead designs or four very enticing Tim Burton designs, each one for $12.99, made us feel a little like a kid on Christmas morning who has just discovered a boatload of great presents under the tree. Sure, these shirts are not free, but the fact that we have a number of highly appealing choices is very enticing.

As of right now, there is no way for artists to upload designs to Pop-Up Tee. Instead, they are reaching out to artists, but I imagine in time that will likely change. The big question is will they be able to keep up on the back-end as their traffic grows, and will being a multi-shirt site keep them from ever increasing their current bi-weekly rotation. Is doing so even necessary for their survival? Obviously, Pop-Up Tee will be an interesting site to watch.
